Meet Marisol, Our New Volunteer Coordinator

We're excited to introduce Marisol Vega, who's stepped up as our first Volunteer Coordinator. If you've come to a work party in the last few months, you've probably already met her — she's usually the one with the sign-in clipboard and a spare pair of gloves.

Marisol grew up a few blocks from the canyon and started showing up to cleanups two years ago after her dog kept dragging her down the trail. She now handles scheduling for our monthly work parties, keeps our tool shed organized, and is building out a text list so volunteers can get reminders the night before.
